Jensen from Kingston Norfolk Island sent me the following question. What is the purebred Seraphim pigeons bird breed? It's a long faced pigeon breed with all white feathers, looking almost like a dove. The breed is thought to have been created by Anne Ellis, who has stated that although the features on the bird look white, they are indeed genetically recessive yellow and red. However once the birds reach adulthood, their features become totally pure white, almost like magic. In 1995 the breed was officially recognized by the NPA. If you are interested in looking at photos of this majestic bird, then be sure and search Google or Bing images, as both search engines have images featuring the bird.
