The answer is yes, as stated within the Old Testament Book of Isaiah Chapter 6 verses 1 through 3, the Seraphim angels use one pair of the their wings to float around God's throne. Their close proximity to God himself, is the reason why they are ranked as the first order of angels within the Christian angelic hierarchy. These pure spirits never leave God's presence, as they continually shower him with praises through song. With regard to the throne itself, it is not said what it actually looks like, but it does mention that God rests upon it high and exalted. We hope that our answer to this question is sufficient.
